Wonderful customer service from start

From the first phone call to book a test drive where we spoke to Tom, we were treated with a kind professionalism by everybody. Tom was friendly and knowledgeable answering all questions with confidence. We were never pressured or pestered, and given all the time and space as needed to make our own decisions. From then on everything was so easy, all the information we could have ever asked for was delivered in a prompt orderly fashion. Right up to us driving away in our new car, nothing was too much trouble and I have a very happy wife.
