Untrustable, poor after sale

I strongly advise against trusting this dealership. Although they seemed polite and accommodating during the purchase, their after-sales service was a completely different story. I purchased a Citroën from them, and the problems started immediately: Punctured tyre: The car arrived with a punctured tyre. Service issue: A warning light indicated the car needed servicing just one month after purchase. Despite their claim that the car had been serviced before delivery, they admitted they forgot to update the system to reflect this. Even after acknowledging their mistake, they refused to refund me for the unnecessary service I had to pay for. They also refused to pay for the new tyre. This behaviour is dishonest and unacceptable. I feel completely disappointed and would recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. They do not uphold basic accountability or customer care once the sale is finalised.
