Awful dealership

Purchased a new A4 in 2022 with a service plan, no issues. Visited VIP day to buy a new Q3 for my partner, they mysteriously added £300 to the invoice which they later removed when I complained but no explanation or apology was offered. Later, 2nd service for my A4 the wiper blades need replacing, they didn't bother despite me being sold the plan on the basis that it covered all the consumables except tyres. They wanted £60 for fitting 2 blades. Sister in law has a used A6 with a gearbox issue, same dealership has been difficult to deal with and incredibly expensive to carry out the repair. Definitely no way will we ever buy a car from these pirates again, they just don't seem to care.
