I had a problem with my hand break. EDEN, Basingstoke collected my car from my work and then dropped it off once repaired the same day. I received a call from George Costa who thoroughly explained what had been done. He has very good customer relation skills and came across very friendly but professional. From booking the car in to collection, was made very easy for me only because of the slick service EDEN Basingstoke provides to their Customers. I am considering upgrading my car next year but will only use Eden, Basingstoke because they look after their Customers. Thank you EDEN, Basingstoke.
