Complete incompetance.

By far the worst experience I've had with a garage since I started driving 36 years ago. They did nothing but mess me around. I contacted them for a warranty repair, and clearly they had no interest in it. Service manager has no idea how to deal with customers, cancelled my appointment twice, as well as incorrectly recording the date for another appointment. And even then, when I booked the car in I told them "I believe it's a common problem (air con condenser, Civic)", they suggested it was an electrical problem caused by mice! At least Honda Eastleigh know what they are doing. Do not bother with this garage, they are a joke of a business.
