The worst service I’ve ever experienced

Bought a 18.5k Hyundai i800. Steve who sold the vehicle initially couldn’t do enough to help, once the car sold he didn’t want to know. The most arrogant, rude little man I’ve dealt with. His attitude very quickly became confrontational and rude when a fault in the vehicle was made known to them. Was in their service centre 3 times in 3 weeks and still couldn’t fix the fault. The vehicle had clearly been sold with a fault the car had apparently been serviced and MOT’d which the DPF fault should have flagged. Obviously dodgy MOT’s been issued on their vehicles. No receipt issued for the deposit payment I made as apparently because it was a bank transfer they can’t issue a receipt. Absolute nonsense! Returned the vehicle and Steve was rude again to my wife with no apology so I took great delight in telling him what I thought of him. “An arrogant little w******” Even though they knew all the issues with the vehicle and the DPF needing replaced the car was back on sale within 10 minutes of returning. They are clearly acting fraudulent with the warranty company they use not only ripping customers off with overpriced vehicles but billing the warranty company for repairing vehicles sold with faults.
