Faulty vehicle, no support

Purchased a vehicle advertised with a brand new engine over three months ago for £12500. The engine suffered catastrophic failure that same day, I didn’t make it home. Professional diagnosis has been supplied to Direct Car Sales Limited but they have offered no support, financial compensation or final resolution to rectify said failing. They have not conducted themselves in line with their own complaints procedure, nor respecting the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Case now being progressed to the court.
