really good service

I bought a Mini in July from Robert Miles. The car was clean and in good condition. The car did end up having some issues so I contacted the dealership and got it booked in, only when I got there another man said that the man I spoke with on the phone was away on holiday and all he could do was get it in when he could so I ended up without a car for 4 days. However, since the repairs have been done I have had no further issues so I would still recommend this dealership, they just need to work on their communication.
