Contempt for customers.

Requested two tyres to be fitted in preferably Tuesday or Wednesday last week mid November. Ignored & over ruled so booked in on Friday 8th thereby missing the monthly meeting of U3A and all the announcements / socialising. The email suggested the work would take one hour. I left home at 13:30 but did not reach home again until 17:10. What the Hell were they up to? Use Quickfit folks. This lot just take the piss.
