Poor service

Having previously owned a Lexus I rang Lexus Poole to look at the LBX under the motorbility scheme. The lady I spoke said the salesman was outside but she would pass my details on to him. After not recieving a call I waited until around 2:30pm the following day to see if they had my correct phone number and was told they only have one Motability salesman and he was busy but would call me back. Around 4pm the salesman phoned and told me he had only just read his emails and asked me what I wanted. I told him that I was looking to change my Motability car and was interested in looking at the LBX. Straight away he told me how much I would need to pay, obviously I already knew this and was aware of the cost. He then said he couldn’t possibly see me until next week again reiterating how busy he was. I explained that I couldn’t make next week but was looking at a Volvo on Saturday and would be happy to call in then to at least have a look at the model and possibly sit in it to make sure it was comfortable enough to things further. I tried to explain that I didn’t really need to see the ‘mobility specialist’ just for that but he didn’t take much notice. I did point out to him that having previously purchased a new Lexus in the past albeit from a different dealer it was only a matter of checking that I could sit comfortably in it but he wasn’t at all interested in what I was saying, he just kept going on about how busy he was, not about my needs! Really poor service and very let down by the whole experience.
