Found Dan to be be polite; honest and friendly, not pushy at all, just let us browse on our own. Once I had found the car I wanted the rest of the experience was very relaxed and chilled. In fact Nathen and Mark (the owner) were just as honest and friendly. On their check, before releasing the car, there was a fault which was a system update so they were unable to fix. They advised that I take it to my local VW dealership to fix and to pass the bill on to them. All fixed now so I can not fault their policy.
