Poor service from a ‘premium’ brand!
Poor service from a ‘premium’ brand! Took my car in for its first service and it was without doubt a terrible experience from start to finish. The booking process was RUBBISH and I never even got confirmation that the booking had been confirmed (after booking through the app). Also, the car was booked in for an oil and inspection service, yet they only did the oil service so I need to go back in approx 2 months for an inspection service! On service day, I dropped the car off at 8.30 am expecting to receive a premium service from such a prestigious brand. How wrong was I!!! I received the video health check at 5.20pm, conveniently I arrived to collect the car at 5.15pm (pointless feature don’t you think?!). The video informed me that the tyres were unsafe (due to a severe cut on the inner wall of the tyre) and the car should not be driven on the road. The service advisor failed to tell me this before collection, and also brushed over the fact they were UNSAFE. I was left with no choice but to drive the car home and organise replacement tyres elsewhere. I also lodged a complaint, and they didn’t even have the decency to take it seriously or properly reply without me chasing. They admitted they were at fault, but I do not believe they will learn from this. I was not satisfied with the outcome - hence my negative review! Reception staff were also incredibly rude when I visited the site, they were more interested in nattering with colleagues than dealing with customers. Also, they had the nerve to accuse me it mispronouncing my own surname. I’m shocked by this service to say the least. I will not be purchasing another Audi.
