i ordered a new raptor, i was told to leave a £500 deposit, i have had to cancel the order but now im told by kim at ford trowbridge that i cannot have the deposit money back, there website states a £99 refundable deposit, yet she took £500 and they have now stole it, also confirmed by the director paul jones, take your car/truck orders to a better dealership
