Bought. A Alfa Romeo Mito car from this dealer iin may 2016. On 1st inspection found a few jobs that needed attention and reported this to there mr James Gilbert (manager) who told us he would take remedial action to rectify the jobs by time of collection. On collection some jobs had been done but the misted headlights we reported had not. Gilbert informed us that the on site mechanic Steve breed could do nothing with them and to leave it with him and he would source replacement parts We telephoned a month later and Gilbert decided to renege on his word only offering to pay for 1 light and then a sim no where near market replacement cost. To continue we then sent Gilbert letters on 2 occasions offering mediation to settle the dispute twice he rejected this as I write the case is now going to county court. I end by saying if you want Arthur Daley style service you will love CROSSLANDS or if you are after a decent car at a fair price avoid this. Inch of charlatans like the plague
