Outrageously Poor Service

I will never buy a Volvo again. The dealership programmed a new key for me as the dealership I purchase it from (XC40 ReCharge) 'lost' key#2. I recently my iPhone to a newer version. When I came to set up the app it would not function. After 2 weeks of back and forth with Volvo 'support' I was told to take it to the dealer to have the keys re-programmed. Called Rybrook and they told me that as it was out of warranty I would have to pay for it ?? Totally dismissive, this is a Volvo technical issue, nothing of my doing..., Spoke to Volvo and they said 'you can raise a complaint but it wont change the outcome - outrageous, possibly the worst customer service experience ever. Do not waste your money on Volvo, there are plenty of reputable vehicles with decent dealer networks out there...
