Endless problems since purchase

We bought the car 4 months ago. The seller has his own garage and services the cars before selling them. We were told it had new tyres and had a new clutch. This proved to be the opposite. The tyres all looked new but with minor cracks in them resulting in a puncture within a few weeks. The engine light kept coming on. It took ages for the dealer to sort the problem. We then started to have shuddering in the gear box. All this whilst under warranty. The dealer Naz is very slow to return calls and makes endless promises. We now have to replace our clutch.
