Smooth handover

All of the important stuff was done over the phone or via email like the negotiations and the collecting of information about the car, so when it came to collecting it everyone knew what was going on, which was helpful with me living so far away. It was Martin I was dealing with over the phone but he was away when it came to collecting the Audi. Non the less, the handover still went smoothly.
