Do not trust this dealership

Bought a car and the next day the engine and oil lights came on and car wouldn't accelerate. What followed was over a week of me calling/messaging every day to arrange a refund and return. I had to recover the vehicle as it was in an unsafe location but he wouldn't answer to confirm if he would be at the garage for me to return it to, so I had to return to my house instead. He then finally said he would collect from my house the next day. He proceeded to ignore/cancel for three days until he finally sent a vehicle recovery to collect late in the evening. He then made me pay for both of these recovery's - despite him being uncontactable for the first recovery, me having a 3 month warrantee, and him selling me a dodgy car. On further inspection the brake pads and discs were entirely worn out and should not have been an MOT pass, at minimum an advisory (the car supposedly had 0 advisories on it's MOT they did) - their MOT's and services are FAKE. He also refused to refund the full tank of diesel I put in the car (bought at empty). I am over £350 short and had a week of stress and time spent making attempts at contact. When I could finally reach him by phone he constantly hung up on me. Please AVOID this dealership. An utter disgrace of a business and a human being. Very dangerous cars and unreasonable people. I don't know how the police/DVLA/trading standards haven't shut them down yet.
