STAY AWAY! These guys vandalise cars.

Today I visited VIP45/Bella Cars to test drive a car I had seen on Autotrader. Prior to my visit we had already done quite a bit of back and forth on WhatsApp and before visiting they asked I did a part exchange valuation on my car via WhatsApp which I was happy to do and we mutually agreed on a part x price. I took the time before visiting to clean my car and thoroughly checked it over as I arrived in the run down garage forecourt The car I had booked to test drive had not seen a jet wash in a long while which made it quite difficult to fully inspect the car. Most of the cars looked the same in all honesty. We went off to do a test drive and then as we returned (Narindar I believe) did a once over of my part exchange car, to my surprise there was a HUGE and new KEY scratch down the side of my car which wasn’t there as we left to do the test drive. I had checked over the car in the forecourt to make sure it was presentable to get the best part x offer The motif for why they would vandalise my car is unclear, I can only assume 1 - Reduce the part exchange valuation of my car? 2 - Try to force me into a quick sale by making me feel like they are doing me a favour taking a scratched/vandalised car off my hands? 3 - Make it more difficult and costly for me to go elsewhere on my search for a new car? Whatever the reason, its absolutely disgusting behaviour from the garage and shows just how unprofessional these guys are. For anyone thinking of making a long (or even short) trip to see a car here, I highly suggest you save your time, and money and go elsewhere. Would a reputable dealers salesman urinate down the side of their run down sales cabin in front of customers? Highly unlikely!! One of the worst garages I have ever visited. Appalling! STAY AWAY!
