good sale/ poor after care

Pool foot were very friendly and welcoming (especially Donna) and didn't give the typical pressure of a dealership which was very refreshing. Car is in great condition and was a great buy and initial process was easy. The after care lets it down, I was lied to about parts being "not available in the country" and "backordered" when they hadn't ordered the parts in the first place, my bumper was scratched while getting repairs, although both of these were resolved and fixed, it just took weeks to sort everything.
