Nightmare Experience with Vauxhall If I could give them minus infinity stars, I would. What should of been 3 years of stress free driving, turned out to be a living hell. I endured incompetent customer service, horrendous management, and cowboy practices which destroyed my mental health. My car, which I only drove for 16,000 miles, has had 3 breakdowns, 2 catalytic converters, 3 sets of spark plugs, 2 coil packs, an engine harness, a hose and a gasket all replaced. Vauxhall Finance and the Ombudsman called this "normal wear and tear"—ludicrous!, i passed this onto 3 separate garages for there opinion who all agreed this was absolutely absurd. Constant let downs, products that i was paying for that didn't deliver and a warranty that's not worth the paper its written on. Fellow blue light holders, steer clear of these rotten cowboys. When i thought things couldn't get worse with this company, step in Vauxhall Baylis. If they were part of the armed forces covenant i would be passing on my displeasure to the board. Absolutely disgusting. Good riddance Vauxhall. 🚗 PS i still never received the service history or service book in the post after 3 years! thanks.
