Parts department run by total Idiots……

They Lye and don’t honour their word. My wife was charged for a part which wasn’t needed, Therefore she ordered a part on the basis she was told if you cancel within 24 hours they promised her a full refund so on that basis she went ahead. She phoned them the next day to cancel as she had decided not to get a new car after thinking about it she was told, they had ordered it from MG Birmingham they cannot cancel it. We never had the part yet was charged £200 for an item which never received total rat bags…..who don’t care, jokers, never ever buy a car from them their liars and disrespectful. I personally work in the car business and know they could have cancelled it, it caused great distress to her as she is very astute with money, they took advantage of her for their own gain…..
