Lost sale

Today, Saturday 2 November, we asked to just have a look inside a Q2. We were told that no one was available to show us and we would just have to wait. There were 3 receptionists who could have at least opened the car for us to look around it and we would have happily waited for a sales rep. However, this was not possible and we felt as if our custom was not wanted. We appreciate that Saturdays are busy days for the dealership. We therefore walked away and went to another Audi garage where we spent £23000 on a Q2 where we felt welcomed and valued. Please remember that customer service should be your priority and you failed miserably today.
