Scammed young family with a faulty car

Pressured young family into financing a car that had literally came in without being checked over. Fly wheel and clutch went just outside the probation period and refused help unless paid £5k to fix. Had car for almost 2 years and only managed to drive it for 5 months as the head gasket is cracked! With a quote of £2k to fix. Low income young family has no chance to afford all of this. Have complained to EMG as told to when the car first broke and have been ignore
