Absolute scammers

Long review alert! Beware of this dodgy "dealer"!!!! To start of this dealer doesn't deserve even one star rating being given!! If you don't want nightmares and stress stay well away of them!!! My nightmare started on 28th of June 2024 when I have bought a £35000 black Tesla Model X ,7 seats ,with the reg plate LD20XBJ(stating the car details if anyone would ever want to buy this, you better not). Only 1 day later after I have bought this can of worms, the problems started. Air conditioning failed to work and supercharger was affected by this. All the front suspension was absolutely knackered. The second row of seats wouldn't slide forward to give you access to the 3rd row of seats. I have contacted them straight away over and over again for the warranty details. After many attempts they have gave managed in the end to give me the details of a "warranty". I've rang the warranty with all the problems I had and supplied them with a Tesla main dealer diagnostic stating all the problems. They have never replied to my email or answered my calls again after that. At this point I had to repair the air conditioning myself paying over £500 to get it fixed and started chasing the dealer to resolve the rest of the problems. And guess what, they have completely ignored me despite the fact that I have gave them all the chances in the world to put the things right but they choose to ignore me after my finance company paid them £35000!!!!!!!! They gave me no chance then contacting the finance company and rejecting the car. It took me no less than 3 months of fighting to get it rejected as this called dealer wouldn't accept the car back. Even after a engineer came to inspect the vehicle at home!!! Even with all the proofs from Tesla main dealer that it needed major repairs to be roadworthy! They would just not have it back! After 3 months of stress and nearly going into depression over this, the finance company managed to make this guy take his can of worms back. The fun part is just starting now. I already knew he is dodgy and he won't give me the deposit back under any circumstances so I made sure I take a video of the car prior the collection day. And I was lucky I have done that because he lied to the finance company that the car came back damaged,full of scratches,with all the alloys damaged and front bumper broken, all these just not to give me £2000 deposit back. What kind of man right in the head would do that? He even sent fake pictures to the finance company of some different alloy wheels from a different car stating I have damaged the car. The same car that wasn't fit for the purpose and not roadworthy. When the finance asked him for a video evidence as the pictures were not clearly from my car, of courses he couldn't provide that lying again that he fixed the car already. At this point the finance realised that he is clearly lying over and over again and made him pay my deposit back. It took another month and he still did not pay me the deposit back so the finance company did and were left to recover that themselves from him. So, if you don't want to go through what I did, DO NOT even think of buying a car from this place. You will regret it! Thanks for reading my review about this absolutely scammer!
