Went to pick up a car I had paid nearly £11,000 for and the car had a flat battery. I had also arranged for the car to be taxed prior to collection but this wasn't done. Had arranged to pick the car up on the 1st but they then tried changing the day as they were understaffed on the 1st, since been told shortage of staff was the reason they were unable to tax my car.
