Avoid this dealership
As a further update. I still have had no communication from anyone at Leicester Audi. Front of house Martin has not called me back, neither has Nick their Head of Service nor has Mansoor their Head of Used Car Sales or Jason Filby. So the expectation is i drive to Leicester leave my car with them and make my own way back 110miles. No car that i require for my disabled son who is wheelchair bound. The car has water coming in through the A-pillars, charging lock works when it wants, reverse camera works when it wants, the sensors are tempremental, apple carplay works whenever it decides as does the heater control screen. These issues occured within the first few months of ownership. Car went in for 5 weeks, was assured that it was all sorted. 6months into ownership same issues. Went back to Jason who said it’s down to the age of the car but Audu were happy to sell me this car for £46500 @ £649 pcm plus extended warranty i am paying for due to faults at a cost £50. Originally collected the car and provided a loan car. Now they are refusing to do this. Same faults from before which were sorted but now being classed as investigative work!! 8 months of chasing this!! Jason put in writing loan car was available. Bit now they are retracting this. Jason has stopped responding to me. Won’t come to the phone. Mansoor and Martin are making random rules up. Nick head of service has not returned any of my messages left or calls. See email communication and call log of last calls made along with fault images. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! Bunch of crooks!!
