Extremely Unprofessional

Called in a few days back so my FiL could look at a possible PX on his Sandero. My previous appalling experience with budget motors was when my brand new duster came with scratches all over the roof, upon receipt I highlighted these issues and put a stop on the deal. The sales manager and I agreed that the scratches would be sorted when it came back for its first service. Surprise surprise, when I went back he was no longer employed and no one would honour the agreement. With this in mind I tried, in vain, to talk my FiL out of going to Budgen motors. This time we found a car he liked, whilst in the middle of the deal the sales person informed us the other sales person had sold the car, this was not someone in another branch, he was 6ft away, literally unbelievable. They are so desperate to make quota they are willing to embarrass a colleague and reassuring remind me that it without doubt the most unprofessional organisation I have used. Never again.
