Car encountered problems quickly

I purchased a car from sovereign, and while it seemed fine initially, I encountered a couple of problems soon after. Although they eventually fixed these after some persistence on my end, another major issue arose just six months later, which isn't covered by the warranty they sold me. The fault left me stranded during the school run, adding to the stress of the situation. Despite not legally being required to assist further, I expected better support given that they sold me a car and warranty that turned out to be unfit for purpose. I don’t drive long distances or push the car hard, so this level of trouble is surprising. The dealership had an opportunity to do the right thing, but they chose not to. I wouldn't recommend them or use their services again.
