Just paid £12.000 for a used vehicle from Woods of Wirral. Without going into to much detail about the supplied MOT because thats another issue, the car handbook and back parcel shelf where missing. When I asked were they where I was told thats how the car came into use and they REFUSED to replace them.. I said so if a vehicle came into them with one headlight or one front seat you would be selling it to a customer that way, no reply given. They would not even pay the small amount of £79.00 that I had to pay to replace them. Also their 3 month warranty is only valued at a maximum of £500. Please think twice about buying from this back street garage with a typical back street service. I would not buy from them ever again and would not be recommending them to anyone.
