I recently bought a beautiful low mileage kia sorento from these people...the salesman sounded great on the phone .I travelled up from leicestershire to view it.He basically lied through his back teeth by saying the car was mint when in fact it had several issues.I was even more horrified when i met the said salesman as he looked like he had been dragged through a hedge backwards and his attitude was shocking.Anyway the car was so good i bought it anyway.I got it home and noticed more problems all cosmetic.First thing monday morning i rang to complain and spoke to the boss Steve who wasnt there on the satirday when i bought the car.Steve has paid for ALL the repair and rectification work and has been very nice and polite and could not apologise enough.Satinda the lady who runs the accounts dept was also very friendly.So even though i started off on the wrong foot i feel that now i can recommend Pristine Suv 4x4 Centre because i was treated very very well and more importantly ive ended up with an awesome car.which.i.love.
