Urgent 🚨 please read ‼️

I would give no stars if I could I would avoid hippo motor group at all costs ! Having bought a car from this garage has been nothing but the most stressful experience I have Experienced in my life . I bought a Range Rover velar reg YP68 KTA which I would like to say is now back up for sale I would hope they have fixed it not cleared the codes to just make another sale when I first enquired about this car hippo was all lovely all for the help straight away . Soon as they new I was intrested they was nothing but rush rush rush to get there sale so they cot there commission. Once I told them I was sorting my own finance out they didn’t care then . They offered me £500 of the car to take out Their finance which I did not want todo so the lack of help was discussing then being passed around the sales team to buy the car . Once I had set up my own finance and it was paid out I agreed a date to collect the car . A day before getting the car I was told I couldn’t have the car for a further week due to the car being recalled by Range Rover . Having my direct debit set up I had no car for a week . Once I got the car I had the car 9 days the emount of faults came on the car was unbelievable and disappointing. The engine management light was on so I took it to a reputable garage to be looked at . Once the macanic looked at it it needed a lot of work and over £3000 of work needed to be done It needed a new dpf , new battery , electrics fitting . Spark plus sensors it was ridiculous Only having it 9 days the mechanic told me to give it back which I did . I was with in my 14 days to hand the car back which threw the whole process hippo motor group did not have any sympathy or gave any help they was rude . Once the car was given back they agreed to give me my deposit back . Once my deposit was given back the car got cleared of my credit report and I’ve gone else where for a car . A month later I am now getting threatening and harassing emails that they want the deposit back that they refunded me for threatening to take me to debt collection. This whole experience has been a living nightmare effecting my own health massively sleepless nights hair falling out due to stress . I have never experienced anything like it I would avoid and go else where Having read some of the reviews there is a lot of bad reviews regarding the company. Selling a lot of faulty cars
