Not very impressed
Recently took delivery of an XC40. Love the car. However, the sale could not have been easier for the salesperson, distant selling, no face to face required. Felt the lack of clarity on information and why there was a hold up was unnecessary, without a car for 4 days. No real updates were given. I was advised salesperson was out of the office when in fact they miraculously appeared when I needed to speak with them. I was under impression car would be transported, however it was driven and arrived dirty. No explanations given of the workings of the car. No calls from salesperson either on the day of delivery, nor after to check everything was ok. For something which was very easy work I felt there has been a real lack of care here.
