Lied to me and then cancelled my repair

Pye Motors were booked to repair my car, After a week of waiting and contacting them I was given a date when my car would be collected. That cay came and went: they then lied to me saying I hadn't contacted them and they wouldn't repair the car. Causing a week's delay to my car being repaired.
