My overall experience was very poor

My overall experience was very poor. I visited the Beford dealership. On my arrival I was very clear that I like the car and my intention is to make the purchase. The car was presented dirty, mud on seats and other parts of the car interior trim, I was happy to overlook this. The sales person was very inexperienced and his managers mannerism was appalling. I was close to walking out even though I liked the car. The sale was agreed on the condition that the car was cleaned, scratches on the bonnet buffed out and the squeaky clutch resolved. I completed the purchase and on my drive home I noticed the squeaky clutch issue again. I emailed the sales assistant on the same day, he was happy for me to pop in so the onsite garage can have a look. The clutch pedal was sprayed with WD40 and it was concluded by the garage that the squeak cannot be resolved. I raised the fact that the sale was agreed on the condition that this issue is/was resolved, no real response from the sale assistant. I raised that I have 3 months warranty so a further investigation should be done and covered by the dealership and again the sales assistant had nothing to say. I ask for a manager, the sales assistant says the managers are on lunch. There has been no further followup from the sales assistant or dealership manager.
