Service and MOt / plus diagnostics

I have always used Stratford upon Avon Audi who are fabulous, but recently moved to Kent. I used Marshall’s Audi in Ashford and was very disappointed last year. This year I used Audi in Maidstone. I needed some diagnostic work plus a service and MOT. The garage is perfectly situated for dropping off. The front desk staff couldn’t have been more helpful and polite, even booked me a taxi to the station AND made me a coffee whilst I waited The service contact was Kiera. She couldn’t have been nicer or more polite and helpful. She put my mind at ease , kept me updated, helped with organising all the work and knew who I was at all times. Although a little pricey you really did get the GOLD star treatment, it was an M and S experience!!! Thank you to everyone there especially Kiera ( you are one in a million) I cannot recommend highly enough. Top class service and I will definitely go there again. BRILLIANT 🤩 🥂👍
