You say you pride yourselves in offering a family maintained approach, this couldn't be further from the truth. As a customer intending on spending thousands here, I left completely deflated, made to feel like I wasn't good enough to be there, treated awful then had the sales director lie, defend the actions of her poor salesmen being completely rude herself ! Inappropriate behaviour would not recommend this company at all.
