After passing my driving test I was panicking about getting a car. I know nothing about cars and didn't want to get one that would fall apart. After a lot of research on the internet, I came across an VW UP that Independent Cars were selling. It was within my price range and I went to have a look (had 3 other cars to look at that day). The garage looked nice and professional, the car was clean and open, I climbed in and looked at the engine without anyone bothering me. The lady who dealt with me was really nice and even let my boyfriend drive the car as well as me. Overall I had great experience, I've had the car for over 6 months now and had no problems with it even though I drive it A LOT every day.
