Rejection of vehicle

Hi My name is John pile  I have opened up a case about my vehicle the ford kuga st line x due too poor quality of vehicle and driving experience,as I purchased the vehicle on 7th September 2024, two prior of purchase I took out a test car similar to the on i purchased still a kuga this year's model I had 15/20 mins drive on a smooth road and a motorway and dual carrage way so I thought the vehicle was OK when the test drive was over there in the show room was a new kuga and had a look around and noticed marks on the passenger door arm rest panel david Tompkins was my sales on the car and said he can get that replaced very well,once the car was ready too be picked up from haynes ford Maidstone the car was being cleaned so I was looking around the car is noticed the a passenger door panel was replaced but noticed scrape marks on the inner door where the new panel was replaced,the scrape marks are on the paint work david turned around and said I will get that book in ASAP in Canterbury so 2 weeks on i was not happy with the car and emailed david about these things but never heard anything back and week later I rang david and told to get used it and get the vehicle sorted well it's a new, car the priced at £43000 pounds and i put £5000 in as deposit and my payments are £463.00 amonth,  still not heard anything back they are rude to ignore me the car is very plastic loads of noise inside car from the plastic rubbing a noise inside rear door the carpet under centre console is showing is a very horrible ride as you feel every impression of the road plus a lot of outside noise too like from the tyres and road service the car is cheaply made and not worth the money the rear door is not flush with the rear wheel arch my daughter doesn't want to go on long journeys because it makes her feel sick it's like driving a boat i do 50 miles a day and I'm glad it's not any further away I asked about the time scale for the paint being done and said December time to book you in so that rubbed in more salt in the wound aswell as the other problems Im disgusted in the way that no one cares and spoke too james barret in haynes Canterbury about my problems he just look at me and didn't care no solving any of my problems is like talking to a wet fish and didn't want the worries I have so I started a case against the Maidstone branch about returning my car as its not appropriate vehicle I'm disabled and suffer with anxiety and this isn't helping at all the front screen went blank and turned blue and then suddenly come back on for some reason plus the sun roof didn't shut and the five minutes late it did,the engine revs very high not like a automatic where it has different gears too go up this car as a motor run gearbox so mpg is very poor around 40 mpg not good at all please solve this issue as I not wanting to drive the car any more and no pleasure to go out,I spoke to the manager at haynes Maidstone and he is just a young jumped up person that had a negative aswner in to this vehicle soon as you signed the contract and leave the forecourt no one cares because they made the sale and got the money I will send pictures of some of the problems but still want to reject vehicle or put me in another new car?  I'm willing to give that a go on a trial run
