I've dealt with mike Ince since 1997 and they go beyond to satisfy the customer, Just recently purchased a Skoda from him got an excellent part X deal I got a warranty,service,full MOT and a full valet they even changed the timing belt as part of the deal also you do get a bit of a discount if you are vetran, Just a few teething problems with the car which will get sorted under warranty
