Charlatains and scammers

After booking in my vehicle for the advertised ‘all makes and models’ mot and of £35 and £89 respectively i picked up my car (2which passed its MOT) to be found to have been charged over double the advertised price without my knowledge or consent. When a complaint was raised i was told i was wrong to assume the adveryised rate is what i would recieve and the vompany stood by their member of staff who claims she told me verbally over the phone that this would be case. I am disgusted and have now made reports to trading standards, action fraud and my bank after the company has chosen not to reimburse the wrongfully taken funds and has offered me no apology - even going so far as to ignore my further correspondance.
