DON'T... JUST DON'T

SG Petch Darlington So I booked a car in to SG Petch Darlington branch on 19th September for 1hr diagnostics as takes about 5-10 seconds of cranking to start in the morning £133. Issue can't be found by Friday afternoon I get a call they need 1hr 30 mins more time to find the issue. Total now £330 5 days later I get a call saying the car is ready...yes 5 days later! Before I go to pay I parked next to my car with my partner only to notice the nearside wing has been cracked, dented and scuffed along with the passenger mirror. Of course I wasn't happy and told them calmly did they know it was damaged on their land and asked them to check CCTV/sort it. Another week goes by after a few days of calling in between I get through to the manager to be told apparently they checked CCTV and nothing can be seen. However I was told that "tomorrow the onsite Smart repair guy would look at it" A few days later I get a call it's ready to collect and it's worse than the time before! Look at the pictures you can't tell me that was professionally repaired seriously what have they done. Cars been left there and update tomorrow. 4 weeks and counting undiagnosed and damaged car in SG Petch care.
