Worse service, 9years with renaults

No accountability No good service 1st time with Orpington renault dealership, but 9years with renault Charger got stuck, out in the cold till 2 in the morning trying to get home Renault was not help Had to call RAC Waited over a week just for a call back for an appointment, to be told best Management can do is 2 weeks from now, Appointment booked No curtesy, which I need my car for my day to day life work and other personal family issues, Management telling nothing is missing from the car, when I was already told something is missing if and when charger ever do get stuck, family members has this car with release button Not happy with the service or the fact no curtesy car
