Very dissatisfied

I have warranty on my ford kuga and came in today as my navigation system wasn’t saving the addresses when I saved them, even though I restarted my car and many tries over it would not save the addresses I favourited. So I went in today to see if they can sort it out, I brought my car this morning at 8:30, they said a few hours will pass and they will need to change a part of the navigation system, they said I call you when you need to come in for when it’s ready. At 2:30 I called them to see what’s going on, the person on the phone who I assume was the receptionist said a technician will call me when the car is ready. I felt as if something wasn’t right so I went again at 2:45 I went to the receptionist I gave my information which she had asked the lady had said the car is not ready yet, and that they ordered the wrong part, she didn’t even apologise. So they don’t work on the vehicle at all during this whole time and they didn’t bother calling me saying that the wrong part was ordered. She said she doesn’t know anything else. I asked if I can have my keys back as I need it for work tomorrow. She gave me the keys. She didn’t have the courtesy or kindness or even cared about the situation showed by her demeanour. She could of apologised or given a call. So I walked out with my keys heading to my car and headed to driver seat opened the door and the carpet and edge of bottom car door was unbelievably dirty. So I went to the receptionist to inform her. She apologised but by her demeanour I wouldn’t really call of an apology because of the way she said it. So then I walked back to my car again. I turn my car on and I noticed the navigation system didn’t work and my radio didn’t either. So then I went back inside to report the issue she had told me to wait. Then a mechanic had come to me and said they need to reset the system. So we went to the car and he reset the system it started working again, I was very disappointed about the whole situation. 1. The service was horrible they didn’t even say good morning or greeted me the receptionists attitude was horrible when consulting with her in regards to the situations that happened. 2. They didn’t call me regarding the wrong part or didn’t inform me about anything. 3. They ruined my carpet and dirtied my car photos are attached for reference. They didn’t offer to get someone from the garage to clean the mess or anything. 4. The navigation system or radio didn’t work at all. 5. If I didn’t come in today god knows when they would have called me or informed me about anything. Very Dissatisfied with the customer service/mechanical service.
