Service problem

I purchased an Audi with high hopes, lured by its reputation for performance and quality. However, my experience has been far less than satisfactory. Just a few days after bringing it home, I had to deal with some serious issues such as water leaking inside the car and the engine light unexpectedly coming on. I immediately took the car back to the dealership, expecting a quick and thorough resolution. However, it's been a stressful three weeks and unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any constructive progress. Despite numerous requests, they’ve neither been able to fix the problem, nor have they provided any sort of visual updates, like pictures or videos, on what work has been done or why the process is so delayed. The ordeal is made worse, as it's not just me but my two young children are also suffering, reliant as we are on this car. The lack of clear communication and action from Audi dealership has left me feeling let down and frustrated. Whilst I appreciate that issues do arise, what truly counts is how they are resolved. Unfortunately for me, my case seems to be stuck in a state of limbo, and I am left without a functioning car for my daily needs. I sincerely hope that Audi will consider my situation seriously and get my car back on the road as soon as possible. I believe in the brand and still hope they will uphold their reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.
