Great Customer Service

After many years of driving one particular make of car, which had never let me down, I was naturaly apprehensive of switching to Lexus. We had seen great reviews for the LBX and after having a test drive we could see why. We also received some brilliant personal service from Phillip Lui. He was always on hand to answer our questions and his knowledge of the car was superb. He deserves a 10 out of 10 for going that extra mile in putting our minds at rest with any query we had with the car and being very straightforward by not making any promises he couldn't keep just to sell the car. This was much appreciated. I have feeling we will have a long relationship with Lexus in Ipswich.
