Used car purchase

Good morning We bought our Golf estate from you yesterday and were looked after by James Horner at Taunton. We are very pleased with the car but perhaps just as importantly we wanted to pass on our compliments to James Horner for his customer care. In fact, all the staff were excellent, checking we were being looked after and making us a drink. From our initial meeting to driving off the forecourt with our new car James was just lovely! He was professional and courteous, nothing was too much trouble and he took time to make sure all the information was understood. Everything he promised he’d do was done (this is not the norm from our experience) and was approachable and friendly. First class service.
