Over the phone purchase

Everything was made simple with my recent purchase because I'm based in Essex, so the deal was done over the phone. I can't remember the salesman's name but he was very good, perfect in fact. I've always owned Volkswagen's as they are very reliable, there weren't too many questions to ask on my end. I arranged to have the van delivered and it arrived on time and with no issues.
