Service

On 10:9:24 my B Class was booked for a service at Mercedes Southport via the Mercedes online booking service. On arrival I was told that my car didn’t appear to be on their system and courtesy car was not available for me to use. The manager informed me that he would be able to do the service and he would arrange for a member of his staff to take me to and from my place of work. This was amazing service and was handled in a very respectful efficient manner. I would like to thank all the staff involved. That’s what I call ‘Going the extra mile.’
