Exceedingly poor aftersales

Will was very happy to sell me a car but after that it went downhill rapidly.I arranged for the car to have some warranty repairs done, I even rang the day before to make sure all was well; then drove for 45 mins to get there only to be told there was no workshop availability and I could either leave the car with them for 5 days or return another time. A terrible waste of time, fuel and patience!! And will the next appointment end the same? 😫. Definitely not good customer care.
